Boys Beat East 65-56

Girls Basketball Nail-biter Against East Grand Rapids

Friday, January 28, 2011. The GR Christian Eagles girls basketball team just couldn’t hold on. After a slow-going beginning of the game, the Eagles rallied in the 4th quarter to tie the score and go into overtime. Though the Eagles valiantly pressed on, the East Grand Rapids Pioneers edged them out, winning 55-53. Top scorers

Varsity Boys Basketball Beat Reeths-Puffer, Northview

The Varsity Boys Basketball team has improved to 7-0.  Last week Tuesday, 1-11, they took out Reeths-Puffer with ease.  They played a good, hard game and came out on top by a sizable margin.  On the 14th, they went to Northview and took out the Wildcats.  Jaylin Staten scored 28 points in an outstanding game.
