Eagles Varsity Girls’ Lacrosse lost to Forest Hills, 3 – 18. The team’s goals were scored by sophomore midfielder Kate DeYoung (3). Defensive Player of the game was awarded to sophomore defender Sophie Holden for her good work turning away players on defense. The team’s Ground Hog Award was given to DeYoung for 4 ground balls, causing 1 turn-over, and controlling 4 draws. Senior defender / midfielder Sydney Muller was also credited with 3 draw controls. Sophomore goalie Lydia Phelps was credited with 6 saves, and 2 ground balls. Way to go Eagles!
