Eagles Varsity Girls’ Lacrosse lost to Forest Hills, 3 – 20. Goals were credited to senior Sydney Muller, sophomore Kate DeYoung, and freshman Audrey Monahan. Midfielder DeYoung was credited with winning 3 and controlling 1 draw. Senior midfielder Brooke Christians was credited with winning 2 draws. Draw controls were also credited to freshman Rachel Kooienga (3), and Muller. Sophomore goalie Lydia Phelps was credited with 11 saves and 1 ground ball. Defensive Player of the game was awarded to Muller for her good work turning away players from the goal, causing 2 turn overs, and 2 ground balls. The team’s Ground Hog Award was given to Christians for her 3 ground balls. Way to work hard Eagles!
