The Eagle volleyball team has flipped the switch at the right time of the season. The Eagles continued their recent strong play last night in the Quest Center as they defeated Grand Rapids Catholic Central 3 games to one, 25-17, 25-14, 20-25, 25-14. Kelly Bos led the Eagles with 15 kills and Taylor Gates chipped in with 37 assists. District action will continue at the Quest Center Wednesday as the East Grand Rapids Pioneers will do battle with the Forest Hills Eastern Hawks at 4:30 followed by our own Eagles of Grand Rapids Christian facing off against Comstock Park at 6:30pm. The winners of these two matches will face each other in the District Finals on Saturday, November 5 at 11am.
